That's interesting, I had no idea that this was based off an existing (and famous) franchise. In fact I have no idea about the game at all now as it seems that I forgot to actually write anything about it back when I played it. Though in my defence it WAS my first day.
Perhaps I should give this a second look at some point. Well, a FIRST look.
It's a crude humor, but has worked since, well, forever. Really, these comics have been running for maybe forty years, and still continue, so it's hard to find a Spaniard who doesn't known "Mortadelo and Filemón". There have been two films based in them, but they are as good as this game seems to be.
"Mortadelo et Filemon" are called "Clever & Smart" in Germany, and reLINE was a German Software company cranking out rather low budget titles. Which maybe explains the games' quality. I wonder if they ever held an official licenso to create the game? (Software companies creating games for home computers during the 80s rarely cared about such things...)
Wow, they're "Mortadelo and Filemón", two comic characters very, very famous here in Spain. The game seems pretty bad, though.
